摘要
勿庸置疑,在当今资源消耗和环境恶化日益加剧的今天,可持续发展对人类至关
重要。可持续发展不能单纯的当作口号,而要真正贯彻落实到人类生活的方方面面。
在经济高速发展的当今,可持续发展观应该渗透到人类的经济生活,影响到任何一个
经济实体的战略经营决策。为了满足微观企业与时俱进求发展的要求,基于可持续发
展观的绩效评价体系呼之欲出。
本文在可持续发展观的指导下,以企业为研究载体,以其绩效评价体系为研究对
象,尝试改进和完善企业绩效评价体系的理论与方法,使之更适应时代的发展和可持
续发展的要求。
文章首先介绍总结了企业绩效评价的发展历史及研究成果,接着对可持续发展的
相关理论进行分析总结。在此基础上,参照已有的理论、结合企业的实际情况,构建
了基于可持续发展的企业绩效评价指标体系。该体系由生存能力、发展能力和协调能
力三大类构成,三大类下面又分设了八小类 35 个指标,从而建立了本文的理论框架。
其次对企业绩效评价指标体系进行综合评价。对原始数据进行无量纲化,运用层
次分析法确定权重,运用综合指数法进行综合评价,建立评价模型,从而评价企业绩
效水平。
文章最后结合实际案例,将本文提出的方法应用于实证评价,进一步验证本文所
提出方法的有效性。期望本文对企业绩效的研究,可以为可持续发展观在各个社会层
面上的落实提供可借鉴的理念和方法。

Undoutedly, in these days with the severe suption and deteriorating
environment, sustainable development is vital to human beings. It should be executed into
every aspect of human life. As the rapid economic growth, sustainable development affects
economy of human beings, and the decision making of strategy and operations of every
entity. For the sake of enterprises developing with the times, the performance assessment
system based on sustainable development is on the schedule.
This thesis, under the guidance of sustainable development policy, improves the theory
and method on management PAS in respect panies with PAS. Consequently, this
would meet the requirements of sustainable development.
First of all, the thesis introduces the history and the plishments on enterprise
performance assessment, and summerizes relevant theories on sustainable development.
According to current theoretic researches and the real enterprises activities, it establishes
indices system on the performance assessment system based on sustainable development.
The indices system consists of survivability, develop power and coordinated ability which could be
sliced in to thirty-five indicators. Thus, the frame of this thesis can be plished.
