摘要:干扰素γ是由活化的 T 细胞和自然杀伤细胞产生的具有抗病毒、免疫调节及抗肿瘤特
性的细胞因子,是调节机体免疫应答的关键分子之一,在医学上受到广泛研究。已有研究报
道,干扰素γ基因存在多个多态性位点,尤其是位于第一内含子的 CA 重复序列和+874A/T
单核苷酸多态性能够影响干扰素γ的表达量,使机体抵抗病毒、调节免疫应答的能力有所差
异,导致机体表现出对某些肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病的易感或抵抗。总结国内外
对干扰素γ基因多态性与各种疾病之间相关性的研究进展情况,预期为临床医师能够在基因
水平预防、控制疾病的发生提供科学依据。

Abstract: Interferon-γ secreted by activated T cells and natural killer cells is one of the most important
cytokine in antiviral, immunemodulatory and anti-tumor. There are multiple polymorphism sites of
interferon-γ genes, especially CA repeat sequences in the first intron and +874A / T single nucleotide
polymorphisms that may affect the expression of interferon-γ cause different ability of resistance
viruses, resulting in different bodies show susceptibility or resistance to tumor, autoimmune diseases
and infectious diseases. This review summarizes the research of the association between gene
polymorphism and diseases in domestic and abroad, providing scientific basis for cli
