外部招聘职业经理人的信息不对称效应研究
摘要
随着市场经济的发展,“得人才者得天下”这已经成为国家、地区、企业所有者之间
的共识,人力资源的重要性被上升到了前所未有的高度。要提高企业的人力资源管理开发
水平,就必须关注企业经营者,关注职业经理人,这是提高人力资源管理与开发水平的关
键。但是在招聘过程中,由于人性的多变,社会的劳动分工和专业化造成的信息的不对称
性等因素常常又会出现机会主义行为,对于在企业经营管理中处于举足轻重的职业经理人
招聘来说更是如此。
本文首先概述了信息不对称、企业招聘及职业经理人的相关文献;其次从外部招聘职
业经理人的信息不对称现象的现状、成因及后果进行了分析;然后在此基础上按照外部招
聘职业经理人的两种方式即企业公开招聘和通过猎头公司招聘分别进行分析,模型化了两
种招聘方式中参与主体的行为选择,站在企业角度提出了外部招聘职业经理人中解决信息
不对称效应的实施建议和对策,并针对每种招聘方式做了案例研究,最后总结如何避免外
部招聘职业经理人的信息不对称效应,展望未来关于外部招聘职业经理人信息不对称效应
的研究方向。
通过本文的研究,在外部招聘职业经理人方面提出了一些新的理论和研究方法,力图
为我国企业招聘职业经理人提供一些有益的参考和帮助。

ASYMMETRY FOR PROFESSIONAL MANAGER’S
EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT
ABSTRACT
With the development of economic market, "the world to those who have talent, " which
es nation, region, and owner of the enterprise all agree on, the management and
development of human resource has been increased to an unprecedented height. To enhance the
management and development of human resource, we must pay attention to professional
manager,concern with professional manager, which is the key to improve the level of human
resource management and development. But in the recruiting, the humanistic trait,the department
of laboring and specialization lead to information asymmetry or opportunism, so as to the
recruiting of professional manager.
Firstly, the thesis summarizes some related theories of the information asymmetry, the
recruitment of an enterprise and professional manager. Secondly, the thesis analyses the origin
the exhibition and the sequent of external-recruiting professional manager’s information
asymmetry. On this basis it analyses external-recruiting professional manager from two methods,
one recruitment anized by the enterprise, the other is depending on the headhunting,
