摘要
随着市场经济改革的深入,全球经济一体化的趋势的推进,市场的竞争加剧,
生产模式的转变,企业的竞争环境变得越来越复杂。现在企业经营理念也在转变,
企业与企业之间的关系已经由竞争对手关系向既竞争又合作的双重关系转变,供应
商关系就是在众多对外关系中很重要的一个方面。供应商管理已经受国内外企业的
广泛重视。本文在研究国内外供应商关系管理和煤炭行业物资供应的基础上,系统
地探讨了神火煤电公司供应商关系管理的主要问题。
本论文采取理论分析与实证研究、定性方法和定量分析相结合方法,综合运用
组织管理、供应管理、成本管理的理论和方法,对神火煤电公司的供应商关系进行
了较为系统的研究。论文首先介绍了研究背景和意义,分析了煤炭行业在国民经济
中占有重要的战略地位。其次,研究了煤炭行业供应管理现状及物资特点,神火煤
电公司供应管理的历史沿革和现状。找出了影响神火煤电供应商关系管理的因素,
并针对因素进行了分析研究。接着,依据对各因素的研究,提出了神火煤电供应商
关系管理实施步骤,以及实施供应商关系管理所必要措施和方法。提出了改进成本
与价格计算方法,运用了供应商的选择评价方法。最后,对供应商管理的业务流程
再造提出了新的思路,建立了伙伴关系下的 VMI 供应商管理流程以及模式。

Abstract
With the thorough reform of the market economy system, and the advancement of
global economic integration, intensifying the petition, also the transformation
in production patterns, a decline in the enterprise'petitive power. Now the
management concept of the enterprise is changing too,relations between the enterprises is
more than just rivals but change into a kind petition and the cooperation dual
relations, the supplier relationship is a important aspect among the foreign relations. so
Supplier management has been attached much importance by the enterprises home and
abroad Based on the research of the supplier relationship management and material supply
in the coal industry home and abroad,This article systematically discussed the author's
research on supplier relationship management in Shenhuo coal pany and its
application.
Firstly the paper introduced the research background and its significance, analyzed
the important strategic status the coal industry had in the national economy.
Secondly, introduced the status quo of supplying management and materials in the
coal industry, elaborated the supplying management history in Shenhuo panies
and its status quo.
