【摘要】目的探讨临床路径(CP)结合PBL(以问题为基础的学习)教学法在临床本科教学实践中的应用效果。方法将120名临床本科实习生分为路径组和传统组,路径组采用CP结合PBL教学法,传统组沿用传统实习带教法,出科前进行综合评价。结果综合能力测评显示路径组实习生明显优于传统组(P<),实习生对CP结合PBL教学的满意程度显著高于传统实习带教组(P<)。结论 CP结合PBL教学有利于实习生形成系统的知识结构,临床思维,对临床实践能力的培养起到了十分重要的作用,同时也提高了教师的综合素质,CP结合PBL教学法能显著提高临床实践教学的整体效果。
