我国高中教育普及化进程中教育成本分担问题研究

摘要
本文以我国普及高中教育背景下普通高中教育成本分担问题为研究对象,以准公共
产品理论、人力资本投资理论、教育成本分担理论和第三部门理论为依据,通过文献理
论与问卷实证相结合的研究方法,较为全面地对我国高中教育的成本分担主体及各主体
分担现状进行了研究,并通过分析归纳出现实中影响高中教育成本合理分担的问题及产
生这些问题的原因,在此基础上提出了完善高中教育成本分担制度的一些对策建议。本
研究结合我国高中教育发展的实际情况,以期能够解决高中教育普及中亟待解决的实际
问题。
本文共分为四个部分:
第一部分,绪论,包括问题的提出,研究意义,核心概念,国内外相关研究的综述,
研究内容和研究方法。其中在核心概念部分对高中教育成本进行了详细的界定。
第二部分,我国高中教育普及化进程中教育成本分担的合理性探讨,介绍了本研究
立论的理论依据、政策依据和现实依据。
第三部分,通过权威数据的搜集整理以及发放问卷的实证调查对我国高中教育的成
本分担主体及各主体分担现状进行了分析,并通过分析归纳出现实中影响高中教育成本
合理分担的问题及产生这些问题的原因。
第四部分,针对前面分析的高中教育成本分担现实中存在的具体问题,给出了完善
教育成本分担制度的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
In this thesis,the research object is the problem of the education cost share of the general high school
under the background that the strong universalization of the high school education in our country.
According to the quasi-pubilc goods theory, the human capital investment theory, the theory of education
cost sharing and the third sector theory, based on bination of the literature theory and survey
research, the paper researches the main part of our country’s high school education cost share and the
status of the main part’ share costing. And also, According to analyzing and concluding how the problem of
the unreasonable share of the high school education cost happened and the factors which influenced on it,
the paper gives several advices to improve the high school education cost share system. The paper is based
on the actual condition of our country’s high school development and is supposed to solve the actual urgent
problems in the universalization of the high school education.
This thesis consists of four parts:
The first part,introduction,including the raise of the problem,the meaning of the research,the core
