摘要
全球著名的航空运输信息发布和管理机构(OAG)新近公布了“2006 年全
球客运航空数据回顾”:除定期航班同比增长 %外,低成本航空公司(LCCs)
的全球运力占 17%,美国的低成本航空公司市场份额占 27%,欧洲低成本市场份
额占 24%。自从美国 1978 年放松航空管制以来,1971 年开始运营的美国西南航
空公司已经成为国内最能赚钱的航空公司。如今,低成本运营模式已经在全球范
围内得到了广泛的应用,这种成功的运营模式也吸引了越来越多的国内外学者的
普遍关注。
本文以国外低成本航空公司运营模式为研究对象,以如何利用国外低成本运
营经验指导国内低成本航空的发展为研究目的,运用实证分析、比较分析和建立
数学模型等方法,研究了国内应如何发展低成本航空的热点问题。文章首先介绍
了国内外学者对低成本运营模式的研究现状,然后围绕宏观环境探悉了其对低成
本航空公司的影响,进而对低成本运营模式展开实证研究,选取西南航空、瑞安
航空和亚洲航空作典型分析,接着,研究国内航空市场情况和国内唯一的低成本
航空公司——春秋航空的运营模式,最后,本文针对国内航空存在的实际问题提
出了切实可行的借鉴意见,以供航空公司和制定民航政策的政府部门参考。
在论文的结尾处,作者提出了目前研究的不足和对今后研究的展望。

Abstract
Nowadays, the world anization of air transportation information
announcing and management(OAG) have announced “the review of passenger data
in worldwide air transportation in 2006”:including scheduled flight increasing by %
compared with the last year, the transport capacity of low cost carriers (LCCs)
accounts for 17% of the overall market, among which, LCCs market share accounts
for 27% in USA, 24% in Europe. Since USA loosened aerospace control in 1978,
southwest airlines starting its operation in 1971 has been able to make money. At the
present time, low-cost pattern has already been put into application throughout the
world; therefore, this essful pattern has recently e a topic that is attracting
much of attention of scholars.
The object of this paper is the foreign LCC pattern. And its goal is that the
experience of foreign LCCs can guide development of low cost airlines inland. This
paper studies the topic development question of the native LCCs through some
methods, such as positive analysis, comparative analysis and mathematic model.
