【摘要】目的建立绵茵陈药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,并进行相应的方法学考察,对不同产地和批次绵茵陈药材进行质量评价。结果采用Kromasil C18(250 mm× mm,5 μm)色谱柱,%的磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,柱温35 ℃, mL· min-1,检测波长327 nm;该方法稳定性、精密度、重复性良好,可用于绵茵陈药材的指纹图谱测定;不同批次的绵茵陈药材在图谱上存在一定的差异。结论该结果可为绵茵陈药材的质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Herba Artemisiae scopariae and offer some information for the quality control of Herba Artemisiae and Results The fingerprints of Herba artemisiae scopariae from different habitats and batches were established by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was analyzed on a Kromasil C18(250 mm× mm,5 μm) column under gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and H2O(% H3PO4) and the flow rate was mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The stability, accuracy and credibility of this method were This method offers some information for the quality control of Herba Artemisiae scopariae.

茵陈为菊科植物滨蒿Artemisia scoparia capillaries Thunb的干燥地上部分。其中春季采收的习称“绵茵陈”,具有清湿热、退黄疸的功效[1]。文献报道,不同产地和采收期的茵陈药材质量差异较大[2-3]。本实验采用反相高效液相色谱法对绵茵陈药材建立指纹图谱,并进行相应的方法学考察,初步考察市售不同批次绵茵陈药材的质量差异,为绵茵陈药材的质量控制提供依据。
