［摘要］目的：探讨冠心病合并高脂血症患者的临床治疗措施与临床的意义。 方法：在我院选取了从2008年：［月到2010年的22月期间收治的冠心病合并高 脂血症患者一共是76例，对患者采取综合干预的治疗措施，并且对治疗前后的 临床效果进行观察，对临床用药实践进行指导。结果：在进行综合的干预和治疗 后，无论是在症状的改善还是各类指数以及并发症的发生率方面都已经有了较为 明显的好转(P<)o结论：综合的干预性治疗能够显著的改善冠心病合并 高脂血症患者的症状和预后，能够延缓动硬脉的硬化过程，值得临床进行应用。

［Abstract］ To explore the clin ical treatme nt of patie nts with cor on ary heart disease (CHD) combined hyperlipidemia and clinical sign讦icanceln our hospital were selected from January 2008 to December 2010 cor on ary heart disease (CHD) admitted during the period of merger is a total of 76 patients with patients to take comprehensive intervention treatment measures, and the clinical effect of before and after treatment were observed .Results: after comprehensive intervention and treatment, in both the improvement of the symptoms and all kinds of index and the incidenee of complica廿ons have improved more obvious (P < ).
