基于 ANSYS 中 UIDL 语言开发扭杆弹簧结构分析系统

[ 摘要] 利用 ANSYS 对扭杆弹簧进行结构分析时,会遇到过渡部分的过渡形式和过渡参数的选择
问题,其工作应力与过渡部分的过渡形式和过渡参数有密切关系。使用原本的 ANSYS
GUI(Graphical User Interface)输入参数,效率不高;以 APDL(ANSYS Parameter Design
Language)输入参数,较难表达清楚。本文以 UIDL(User Interface Design Language)语言,编
制扭杆弹簧结构分析系统,便于设计人员使用,为其它通用零件分析起一定的借鉴作用。

[ Abstract ] Using ANSYS software analyse structure of Torsion bar spring, we will meet the
question of how to choice the transitionary part form and transitionary parameter, and
stress of Torsion bar spring has relations with its form and parameter of the transitionary
part. It is inefficient to use original ANSYS GUI(Graphical User Interface) to input the
parameter. It is difficult to express clearly using the APDL(ANSYS Parameter Design
Language). The present paper using the UIDL(User Interface Design Language) workout
the Torsion bar spring structure analysis system. It’s convenient to use for design people
and it has using for reference to other ponent to a certainty.

1 前言
ANSYS 软件是融结构、热、流体、电磁场、声场和耦合场分析于一体的大型通用有
限元分析软件。ANSYS 用户涵盖了机械制造、航空航天、能源化工、交通运输、土木建
筑、水利、
