摘要
随着经济与社会的迅速发展,北海市各个中学都已经认识篮球运动对于中学生成和身体素质长的重要性。随着学校事业的不断发展,学校为了丰富学生的学****生活,为学生提供了更多教学计划和措施,比如在学生体育教学方面,由原来枯燥乏味的、单一的、缺少娱乐性的体育教学项目,发展为现在丰富多彩的教学活动,像健美操、羽毛球、体育舞蹈登这些都是新增加的体育教学项目。但是随着体育教学项目的增多和学生观念的改变,学生对体育项目的选择也发生了很大的改变,越来越多的学生都选择了一些觉得好玩的体育项目。同时由于学校的对于篮球投资不足、场地紧缺等原因,让篮球运动却受到了前所未有的冷落。篮球运动是一切体育运动项目的基础,对学生的身体素质和身心发展起着独特的作用。本文主要以北海市中学的120名中学生为研究对象,通过对研究结果的分析,总结篮球运动队中学生身体素质的影响,并为北海市中学生篮球运动的开展提出一些可借鉴性的建议。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society, various schools in Chenzhou have recognized basketball for middle school generation and physical quality long importance. With the continuous development of the cause of the school, the school in order to enrich the lives of students, to provide students with more teaching plans and measures, such as students in the sports teaching, from the original boring that single, entertainment and sports teaching project is the lack of development, rich and colorful teaching activities now, like badminton, aerobics, sports dance on these are the new sports teaching project. But with the increase of the project is the sports teaching and students to change the concept, students' choice of sports has changed greatly the change, more and more students choose some fun sports.
