【摘要】目的探讨低位直肠癌患者行保肛根治术的临床应用。方法对2004年7月—2011年4月间收治的低位直肠癌行保肛术的52例患者行回顾性分析。结果全组患者手术进程顺利, 切缘均无肿瘤细胞残留,肛门控便功能满意。无手术死亡,3例术后出现吻合口瘘,经保守治疗痊愈;3例术后半年出现肿瘤复发。结论严格掌握保肛手术指征,合理选择患者,规范手术是低位直肠癌保肛根治手术关键。

The experience of anus-preserving radical resection in treatment of 52 cases with lower rectal carcinoma

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application of anus-preserving radical resection in treatment of patients with lower rectal carcinoma. Methods52 cases of lower rectal cancer underwent anterior resection were reviewed from Jul 2004 to Apr operations were essful without cancer cell remained in cutting cases occurred anastomotic leakage and were healed after treatment;3 cases received transverse colostomy because of recrudescence at 6 months controlling the indication of anus-preserving operation, a reasonable choice of patients and standard operation were key to essful radical rectal cancer operation.
