【摘要】目的评价CT对脑脓肿的诊断价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析22例经手术病理和临床证实的脑脓肿的CT表现及临床,全部病例均做CT平扫和增强。结果病灶位于顶叶9 例,额叶6例,额顶叶2例,颞叶1 例,枕叶1 例,幕下3 例。平扫显示患处灰白质交界区局限性片状低密度影, 轻度占位效应, 增强环状强化17 例, 结节状强化 5 例。结论脑脓肿CT 表现有一定特征性,是诊断脑脓肿首选方法,对治疗方案选择和预后评价具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To probe manifestations of brain abscess on CT and clinical value of CT in brain abscess. Methods CT feature in 21 patients pathologically or clinically proved were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were performed both plain and enhance scan. Results The lesion were located in parietal lobe (9 cases) , frontal lobe (6 cases) , parietal frontal lobe (2 cases), temporal lobe (1 cases) , occipital lobe (1 cases) , below tentorium (3 cases). On plain CT scan the lesions showed a limited piece of low density between matter and white matter, which presented with slight intracranial mass effects, on enhanced scan, circular enhancement (17 cases), nodular e
nhancement (5 cases).Conclusion CT has characteristic manifestations on brain abscess. It should be the first choice for the diagnosis. It has value to select treatment methods and evaluate prognosis for brain abscess.
